high5 studio

Sole creative lead: defining the visual output for the agency and its clients.

I acted as the sole creative engine in a 4-person agency. While the team handled strategy and admin, I was responsible for 100% of the visual execution—beginning with the High5 identity itself.

The workload was exhaustive, covering every client asset: branding, print, video, photography, and podcasts. I handled every pixel and frame, and the drone showreel below represents just one segment of this full-spectrum production capability.

AERIAL REEL

A compilation of commercial aerial cinematography executed for agency clients. The footage contrasts the heavy industrial geometry of the Gdańsk Shipyard with natural coastal landscapes and urban architecture. The focus is on controlled camera movement and framing large-scale subjects to provide a perspective impossible to achieve from the ground.

KNOWLEDGE BASE

Social media acted as our primary educational channel. I managed two content streams: for design tutorials, I authored the technical content personally. For broader marketing topics, I focused on visual synthesis-translating the team's strategic copy into digestible, on-brand graphics.

Stocznia gdańsk s.a.

Rebuilding the recruitment image for a heavy industry giant.

The Gdańsk Shipyard faced a workforce shortage driven by outdated perceptions of manual labor. The goal was to shift the narrative from "hard work" to "monumental engineering." We developed the "Do Great Things" campaign to restore pride in the profession.

I executed the entire visual stack to support this strategy. This included producing a gritty, high-energy brand video, an industrial photography series, outdoor billboards, and a landing page.

INDUSTRIAL ASSETS

The photographic strategy required elevating manual labor to the status of monumental engineering. We bypassed standard corporate imagery in favor of a raw, cinematic reportage approach. The focus is on texture, extreme scale, and the dramatic interaction between man and heavy machinery. These images serve as the emotional anchor for the recruitment narrative, glorifying the gritty reality of shipyard work.

Digital infrastructure for the Baltic Sea Region transport initiative.

Project COMBINE needed a central hub to disseminate logistics research. I engineered the complete communication ecosystem, bridging design with technical production.

The scope was comprehensive: I delivered the visual identity, landing page, and motion graphics, while also handling the technical editing of webinars and podcasts. The result is a professional platform designed for effective knowledge exchange.

To ensure brand consistency, I delivered a suite of modular templates. The package included master slide decks and social media layouts, empowering the academic team to independently generate professional content that stays strictly on-brand.
